Dialtone

Not a public offer: A marketing-page visit does not create an account or customer relationship. Only people invited by their practice and approved during onboarding may use Dialtone.

Permitted use

Authorized users may test Dialtone for their practice’s lawful, person-to-person calling. Each person must use their own account, follow the practice’s written policies, review the information shown before the call, start each call themselves, and save the result accurately.

Calling responsibility

Dialtone supplies workflow controls and evidence; it is not legal advice and does not guarantee compliance. The practice is responsible for deciding when it may contact a person, maintaining do-not-call procedures, obtaining any required consent, following calling hours, choosing caller ID, handling recording notices and consent, approving scripts, holding required licenses, and checking where imported records came from. A warning, score, or green state is not permission to call.

Prohibited use

Practice data

The practice keeps its rights to the records it provides. It permits Dialtone and the providers needed to run the service to process those records only to operate, protect, support, and evaluate the pilot, as described in the privacy notice and signed agreement. Users may export or share records only when their practice authorizes it.

Availability and changes

The pilot is an evaluation service, may change, and is provided without a production service-level commitment unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Maintenance, security, carrier, browser, device, or provider conditions may interrupt service. The operator may suspend access to protect people, data, systems, or legal obligations.

Feedback and product rights

Dialtone’s software, design, and documentation belong to the operator or its licensors. Users may provide feedback voluntarily. The operator may use that feedback without identifying the user or revealing the practice’s confidential information.

Warranty, liability, and governing terms

The signed pilot agreement must identify the legal parties and cover warranties, limits of liability, indemnity, governing law, disputes, fees, and termination. This page does not replace that agreement.
