Dialtone

For advisors. By advisors. Period.

The dialer built for the way advisors actually prospect.

Move from one prepared, human-initiated call to the next—with context, follow-up, practice visibility, and compliance checks in the same workflow.

  • The advisor chooses and starts every call.
  • Every outcome and promise stays with the prospect.
  • Unknown or unavailable information stays visible.
The next call is already waiting.

One prospect.
One record.
One next step.
An advisor reaches through a dramatic storm of scattered notes, reminders, calendars, and follow-ups to keep one call moving
The conversation ended. The administrative tornado did not.

Prospecting should not create a second job

The cleanup steals the next conversation.

The prospect history is in one tab. The callback is in a note. The meeting follow-up still has to be written. By the time the record is clean, the next conversation is already late.

Advisors lose momentum.

Leaders chase the story.

Compliance reconstructs it later.

Built around advisor prospecting

One prospect. One record. One clear next step.

The work stays fast because preparation, conversation, and follow-through happen in the same place.

  1. 01 · Prepare

    Know why you are calling.

Open the prospect’s reason, history, local time, and available pre-call facts.

  2. 02 · Call

    Start the call yourself.

Choose the prospect, check the context, and place one human-initiated call.

  3. 03 · Follow through

Keep the promise while it is fresh.

Save the outcome, note, callback, introduction meeting, or next action.

  4. 04 · Continue

    Move to the next prospect.

As soon as the save completes, the finished record stays behind and the queue moves forward.

For advisors. By advisors. Period.

We built the advisor dialer we wanted—and the visibility we never had.

Dialtone began inside an advisory practice: too much cleanup between calls, too little visibility into whether purchased lists were worth replenishing, too much guesswork around number results, and no clean record of what happened next. So we built the prospecting workspace around the work itself.

The honest version

What advisory practices ask first.

Clear answers now save awkward surprises later.

Is Dialtone only for financial advisors?

Yes. The product, vocabulary, workflows, and roadmap are being built specifically for financial advisors and the practices that support them.

Is this a predictive or parallel dialer?

No. The advisor chooses the prospect and starts each call. Dialtone does not use predictive, parallel, prerecorded, ringless, or autonomous-voice dialing.

Does Dialtone replace our CRM?

No. Dialtone is the advisor prospecting workspace. It organizes the calling day and follow-through; CRM integrations are a planned layer, not a claim that Dialtone replaces the practice system of record.

Can advisors work away from the office?

Yes. The phone app supports the advisor’s Today view and phone runs between calls. A live call does not transfer between devices.

Does Dialtone guarantee compliance?

No. Dialtone makes configured safeguards and available facts easier to review and record. The practice and its advisors remain responsible for policy and legal decisions.

What can practice leaders see?

Authorized leaders can review recorded activity, conversations, meetings, goals, assignments, list results, and number results. The current manager view is not live monitoring and does not expose private notes or call content.

What happens during a pilot?

We map your advisory workflow, review readiness and product limits, run with privacy-safe demo data, and agree on the production checks required before live calling.
